All cancellation requests received by the office staff more than 48 hours prior to the check-in time indicated on the reservation will receive a 100% refund. Keep in mind that it may take several days for your bank to reflect this refund in your account. Cancellation requests received outside of the 48-hour window are not eligible for any refund.
The best way to cancel a reservation is to click the link provided in the reservation confirmation email or by signing into this site (if you chose to create an account). If neither of these options are available to you, please contact the office with your Reservation number, Lodge number, Membership number, and the dates of your Reservation.
